City approves personal care home near Quidi Vidi Lake

St. John’s city council has granted unanimous approval for a six-storey personal care home at 100 Churchill Rd., just off The Boulevard near Quidi Vidi Lake.

A 61-space parking lot has also been approved for the building.

The application will go to the province for review, with final approval needed from council at a later date.
