LABRADOR CITY, NL – Motorists are being asked to avoid an area on the Trans-Labrador Highway following a four-car collision today, Feb. 12.
Officers with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary are presently at the scene, located on Route 500 near Ossokmanuan Bridge, roughly 180 kilometres east of Labrador City.
No injuries have been reported at this time, according to a news release from the RNC.
Road conditions in this area are reportedly slippery with whiteout conditions and reduced visibility due to blowing snow.
