A high-speed motorcycle crash sent one man to hospital with undetermined injuries Friday night.
The crash happened in the eastbound lane of Pitts Memorial Drive near the Robert E. Howlett highway exit.
The man apparently lost control of the bike, went into the median and was then thrown off the machine about twenty meters, according to witnesses.
The motorcycle was found another hundred meters away from the motorcyclist. The man was conscious and talking to rescuers when the Telegram arrived on scene. Police remained on scene investigating the incident for at least two hours.
More details will be provided as they become available.
