Mount Pearl, N.L. — A 21-year-old man was transported to the Health Science Complex in St. John’s with facial lacerations late Friday night after an alleged assault in Mount Pearl.
The man’s wounds were treated and he was released.
A 19-year-old man was arrested within a short time and has been charged with assault with a weapon.
He was released to appear in court at a later date.
