St. John’s, N.L.— At 9:30 a.m. Friday morning the RNC received a report of a possible impaired driver in the area of Black Head Road in St. John’s.

Police have charged a 26-year-old man with impaired driving and refusal to provide sample.

The accused was taken to provincial court and his vehicle was impounded.
