MARYSTOWN, NL - Emergency crews responded to a multi-vehicle collision at around noon today, March 16, at the intersection of Route 210 and the Creston Causeway.
A spokesperson for the RCMP's media relations division confirmed that both drivers were injured and taken to the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre. No details were given on the extent of the injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing. Police have ruled out alcohol as a factor.
