St. John’s, N.L. —A vehicle travelling on Topsail Road without tail lights prompted police to pull the driver over around 11:20 Saturday night.
The RNC discovered the driver, a 20-year-old man, did not have valid insurance and was driving an unregistered vehicle. The driver was issued tickets for the violations and released, but his vehicle was impounded.
