Manning was last seen in Mount Pearl. The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary received a missing person report Monday.
In a news release, she is described as 5-6 and 110 pounds with long, blonde hair and blue eyes. When she was last seen, she was wearing blue jeans and a baseball hat.
