The only premier less popular than Ball is Ontario’s Kathleen Wynne.

His personal approval rating drops one point to 27 per cent,” noted the latest analysis of quarterly polling data by the Angus Reid Institute released Tuesday.
Saskatchewan’s Brad Wall is the most popular premier, two months after he announced his resignation as premier, and retirement from politics.
