One sent to hospital after three-vehicle collision in Mount Pearl

A driver has been sent to hospital after two Chevrolet Silverados and a Chevrolet Sonic collided in Mount Pearl Friday morning.

The three-vehicle collision, at the intersection of Richard Nolan Drive and Old Placentia Road, has slowed traffic in the area. The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary and the St. John’s Regional Fire Department are on the scene.

The driver of the Sonic, which ended up between two flower beds at the intersection, has been transported to hospital.
