The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary received several calls at 3:15 a.m. Friday morning about the incident. When officers reached the scene, they found a couple of people with unspecified injuries.
According to a police report, paramedics were called in along with Police Dog Services, Forensic Identification and the RNC’s Major Crime unit.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, particularly if they recorded it on a phone or other device, and anyone who can help identify the person or people responsible, is asked to call the RNC’s Major Crime unit.
