Police pick up man on DUI charges after Mount Pearl disturbance

Mount Pearl, N.L. — The RNC was called to the to the area of Smallwood Drive in Mount Pearl after someone reported a disturbance just before midnight Saturday.
Upon further investigation, a traffic stop resulted in a 38-year-old man being charged with impaired driving and impaired driving with a blood alcohol level exceeding 80 mg.
He was held for court in the morning.
