Police report quiet night in St. John’s

It was a relatively quiet night for a Friday, says the RNC in its overnight report this morning.
• Friday afternoon police arrested a 44-year-old St John’s man on an outstanding warrant of arrest for for multiple court order breaches.
 He was held at HMP Lockup to appear in court in the morning.
•As a result of an ongoing investigation police charged a 25-year- old St John’s man with assault, assault with a weapon and uttering threats. He was released on conditions to appear in court at a later date.
• Police responded to a call at Her Majesty’s Penitentiary on Forest Road where a 53-year-old man who was on conditions to report for a conditional sentence to be served on weekends showed up late.
Upon arrival the individual was under influence of alcohol and was combative. He was taken onveyed to HMP Lock up with additional charges now filed, breach of conditional sentence and breach of probation. He’ll appear in court this morning.
• Police located a missing 15-year-old, Christian Caul.
