Hockey sticks have been placed outside the RCMP “B” Division Newfoundland and Labrador headquarters at White Hills in St. John’s in tribute to the victims of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash in rural Saskatchewan last Friday that claimed 15 lives.
Fourteen were left injured, some still in critical condition in hospital.
The tragedy has gripped and saddened the country, and beyond.
Users of social media began paying tribute to the Humboldt Broncos by sharing pictures of hockey sticks on the doorsteps outside their homes.
