Paradise, N.L. — A 55-year-old man is in custody awaiting a court appearance today after he was picked up for impaired the driving for the second time in less than three weeks.

Police stopped the driver on Topsail Road near Paradise just before 5 p.m. Saturday after receiving a report that someone who was possibly impaired was driving in the area.

The man has been charged with impaired driving and failing the Breathalyzer.
