RNC investigating armed robbery on Topsail Road

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary are seeking help in finding two men who robbed a Topsail Road convenience store late Saturday night.

A convenience store on Topsail Road was held up by two armed men late Sunday night.

Officers were called to the store around midnight and used the K-9 unit to try to find the two suspects in the robbery.

The thieves wore masks and demanded cash and cigarettes. They got an undisclosed amount of money.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the RNC or Crime Stoppers. The investigation is ongoing.
