The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary are searching today for a man who robbed a convenience store on Topsail Road on Sunday evening.
The man entered the store around 10:10 p.m. and demanded money from the employee on duty. He left the premises with an undisclosed amount of money and remains at large.
The RNC is continuing the investigation which included the K9 unit overnight.
No injuries were reported in the robbery
The RNC responded to 172 calls for service during its 24-hour reporting period (4 a.m. to 4 a.m.)
