RNC nab wanted man in Mount Pearl

Royal Newfoundland Constabulary patrol officers, with assistance from the K9 unit, apprehended a wanted person in Mount Pearl Tuesday morning.

The 34-year-old man was reported in the area and fled on foot through a wooded area as police arrived on the scene.

The accused will appear in provincial court this afternoon.
