The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is asking for the public’s help to locate 23-year-old Sarah Strickland, stating they are concerned for her wellbeing.
Strickland was reported missing on Dec. 23 and has been reported to have been seen since that time in the areas of Water Street in St. John’s, as well as in the centre city area.
Strickland is described at 5’5” and 135 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair.
