The second offence was registered just 15-minutes later, at 12:45 a.m., when a 37-year-old man also received a seven-day suspension and had his vehicle impounded.
In another West End incident, from earlier in the evening, a 19-year-old man was charged with mischief stemming from an argument between he and another individual around 9 p.m.
The 19-year-old damaged the vehicle of the other driver.
He was released and is to appear in court at a later date.
In addition, at 2:15 a.m., the RNC arrested a 28-year-old male who was reported to be going through vehicles in a centre neigbourhood.
He was charged with breaching a court order and for public mischief. He was held in lockup overnight pending a court appearance Monday morning.
