Dildo, N.L. — Residents and visitors of Dildo caught quite a sight today, when a seal was spotted relaxing near the shore.
Several people in the area were taking photos of the animal, many of which have been posted on social media.
Sue Smith’s Facebook post shows the seal raising its flipper, as if to wave. She slugged it, "Good morning from the cove."
Marilyn Crotty’s close-up shots of the seal on her Facebook page is also getting plenty of likes.
