The 18-year-old was charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle over 80 mgs. He was also issued a seven-day suspension. He was released to appear in court at a later date.

St. John’s, N.L. — A young man stopped by the RNC in the centre of St. John’s just after 2 o’clock this morning (Saturday) had his licence suspended after it was determined he’d been drinking.
