St. Johns, N.L. —A man who apparently thinks the law doesnt apply to him was pulled over in the east end of St. Johns shortly before 11 Thursday morning during a routine traffic stop.

Police discovered the 33-year-old was driving with a suspended driver’s licence and no insurance. The driver had $158,000 in outstanding fines.

He was arrested to appear in provincial court to answer to the charges.
