St. John’s, N.L. — The RNC responded to a report of a theft in progress in the West End of St. John’s Wednesday shortly after 8 p.m.. A 40-year-old woman was arrested for theft under $5,000, breaching her court order and an active arrest warrant was executed. She was held in lockup to appear in court this morning.
