WHITBOURNE, N.L. – After an overnight suspension, search efforts to find Harvey Rowe, 67, resumed again this morning, Aug. 10.
Rowe, who is from Broad Cove, was last seen berry picking in an area between Markland and Colinet.
The RCMP was notified he was missing at approximately 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 8.
Rowe is five feet, seven inches, and weighs 130 pounds. He was wearing dark-colored clothing, including a ball cap, pants, jacket and sneakers.
The RCMP is asking the public to call (709) 759-2600 with any information they may have on Rowe’s whereabouts, as family remain hopeful he may have left the area on his own.
