Rebecca Murphy, 19, Mabel Stanley, 42, and Harold Noftall, 55, had their cases set over until July 17, when they are expected to enter pleas.
The trio was charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault last winter after a man was shot in a residence at 74 Springdale St. on Jan. 30.
Murphy, Stanley and Noftall were also charged with public mischief for trying to divert suspicion, while Noftall was also charged with unlawfully possessing a firearm, pointing a firearm and breaches of court orders.
A 16-year-old boy, who can’t be named because of his age, is charged with attempted murder, forcible confinement, aggravated assault, pointing a firearm and uttering threats in connection with the shooting, while another man, 48-year-old Patrick Reddy, was charged with breaching court orders.
Police responded to a 911 call reporting a man had been shot at the residence around lunchtime Jan. 30. Murphy, Stanley and Noftall were living in the same apartment in the house at the time.
