St. John’s, N.L. —A 22-year-old man was arrested Thursday afternoon after a report of property damage at a home in the west end of St. John’s. The suspect, who was taken into custody at the scene, was charged with two counts of uttering threats to cause death and one count of mischief. He was held to appear before a judge.
In a separate incident very early this morning another man was apprehended after a domestic disturbance in the city’s centre. The 38-year-old suspect was arrested about 1:15 a.m. and charged with several breaches of a court order. He was transported to the lockup and will make a court appearance this morning.
