Two-car collision in St. John's sends one person to hospital Friday night

One person was sent to hospital Friday night following a two-car collision at the intersection of Seaborn Street and Thorburn Road. The collision happened in the middle of the intersection at about 9 p.m., leaving both cars with substantial damage. Traffic was slowed in the area as emergency personnel dealt with the incident. The victim’s injuries did not appear life-threatening.
