Vehicle towed, St. John’s driver ticketed for driving without insurance, registration

Police stopped a vehicle in the center city area of St. John’s Sunday morning shortly before 10:30 a.m.

The 38-year-old was driving without insurance and the vehicle’s registration was expired.

The vehicle was towed and the driver was issued two summary offence tickets under the highway traffic act.
