St. John’s, N.L. — A women who gave the RNC false information after they were called to a robbery at a business on Kenmount Road Saturday afternoon will be in court today (Sunday) to answer to charges.
The RNC responded to a call of a theft at a business shortly after 2 p.m. The police determined that the accused, 39, had two outstanding arrest warrants for her.
She was arrested and held at the lockup for a court appearance in the morning on charges of theft under $5,000, public mischief, failure to appear in court, the two outstanding warrants of arrest and several breaches of court orders.
