Women of distinction celebrated in St. John's

In recognition of International Women’s Day on Thursday, the YWCA of St. John’s presented its 2018 Women of Distinction Awards at the Clovelly Golf Course Gazebo. The awards celebrate the achievements of women and give them a platform to share their stories in a way that empowers, inspires and motivates others to learn, achieve and participate by contributing to the development and well-being of other women and to the overall improvement of the community.
