Heavy equipment — including two excavators, two dump trucks, a grader and a bulldozer — was staged at the site of the new Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook Monday.

The provincial Department of Transportation and Works posted on social media that crews have been mobilized and work on the hospital long-term care facility that will be part of the hospital complex is expected to begin this week.
