Mount Pearl, N.L. — A 19-year-old man was arrested around 9 p.m. Saturday after police responded to a traffic complainant in the Castle Bridge Drive area of Mount Pearl.
Police located the vehicle and the driver was charged with impaired driving, failing the Breathalyzer, four counts of breaching of a court order, and public mischief for proving a false name to police.
The driver was also charged under the Highway Traffic Act with driving while his licence was suspended, no insurance and failure to transfer ownership.
He was held to appear before a judge and his vehicle was impounded.
