St. John’s, N.L. — The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary arrested a 36-year-old man after responding to a report someone was seen checking cars in the Bay Bulls Road area about 10:15 Friday night.
The police apprehended the man and charged him with theft under, resisting arrest and three breaches of court order. He was taken to Her Majesty’s lockup and held for court this morning.
