St. John’s, N.L. —Friday afternoon the RNC responded to Cowan Heights at the request of the ambulance department after emergency responders had received a call reporting a young man 22 year old male passed out in a vehicle.
The 22-year-old man was issued a seven-day driving suspension, as it is believed he was impaired by a drug.
The investigation is ongoing.
