Mount Pearl crash sends two to hospital Wednesday night

Injuries not thought to be serious

Two people were sent to hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Mount Pearl Wednesday night.

The crash just after 7 p.m. sent an SUV into a ditch and the other spinning into a stop sign at the corner of Westbrook Landing and Old Placentia Road. Both vehicles were extensively damaged in the incident.

The injuries to the victims are not thought to be serious.
