Mount Pearl, N.L. — A roadside test led to a 47-year-old man being charged after was stopped on on Sagona Ave. in Mount Pearl around 10:20 Saturday morning.
The RNC noted during the traffic safety stop that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. He was tested and was issued a seven-day suspension for operating while over the provincial legal limit and his vehicle was impounded.
