DILDO, NL — Whitbourne RCMP is asking for the public's help as it continues to investigate an attempted armed robbery that occurred last spring at a pharmacy in Dildo.
According to a news release issued Wednesday, two men entered Green's PharmaChoice (also known as Green's Drug Mart) on May 15, 2017 with a weapon and faces covered. They did not retrieve any items or cash and reportedly left in a vehicle a third suspect was driving. The incident happened at around 9 p.m. and no one was injured.
Eight months later, Whitbourne RCMP is still investigating the incident and on the lookout for new information that could identify any of the suspects.
