St. John’s, N.L. — The RNC Patrol Services are touting what they’re calling a highway “Hat-Trick” the metro area overnight.
During the nightshift, one officer stopped three different vehicles in three different locations. All three drivers received tickets and all three vehicles were impounded.
In St. John’s around 8:15 p.m., the officer pulled over a
42-year-old woman who was caught driving without insurance, registration or licence in St. John’s.
Just after 1 a.m., a
19-year-old woman was pulled over in St. John’s. She was caught driving without insurance or registration.
At quarter to three this morning the officer stopped a 22-year-old man in Mount Pearl and found him to be driving without insurance. He was also issued a ticket for failure to transfer vehicle ownership.
In another traffic incident during the night, a 42-year-old man was stopped in St. John’s just after 2:45 a.m.
by a different RNC officer. He was found to be driving without insurance or registration. His vehicle was impounded.
