RNC arrest woman for assault following disturbance

A 43-year-old woman spent the night in lockup following a disturbance in the centre part of St. John’s on Monday.
The RNC responded to the disturbance around 5:15 p.m. and subsequently arrested the woman and charged her with assault with a weapon and breaching an undertaking.
She was held in lockup overnight and appeared in a St. John’s court Monday.
