St. John’s, N.L. —A 71-year-old man was arrested and charged after the RNC responded to a report of hit-and-run collision on Crosbie Road shortly after 8 p.m. Friday.

The man was arrested and charged with impaired driving, failure of the Breathalyzer, and hit and run.

He was released to appear in court later and his vehicle was seized.
