St. John’s, N.L. — The RNC patrol received a report of a possible impaired driver very early this (Friday) morning. Shortly after 12:20 a.m. officers pulled over a man in the centre city area of St. John’s.
The 64-year-old driver was charged with refusing to comply with a breath demand. He was issued a driving suspension, his vehicle was impounded and he was released to appear in court at a later date.
