CLARENVILLE, NL – Two men are facing numerous charges following an incident at a Cormack Drive residence early Sunday morning, Jan. 28.
Colby Justin Marsh, 24, and Christopher Wade Sutton, 32, are both facing seven identical charges of possession of stolen property including various power tools, health cards and a vehicle emergency kit.
Both men are also facing identical charges of possessing a 40.-calibre Smith and Wesson and ammunition with a removed serial number, without license, and for a dangerous purpose.
Both men are also facing unrelated charges relating to separate incidents.
Marsh had been at large and was the subject of an arrest warrant.

Sutton is also charged with an assault that took place in Port Union on Jan. 6, 2018.
Sutton will have a bail hearing Tuesday, Jan. 30, while Marsh will have a bail hearing Wednesday, Jan. 31.
