An apparent hit and run collision Sunday afternoon damaged at least two vehicles but there were no serious injuries during the incident. The collision occurred at the intersection of Blackmarsh Road and Mercer’s Lane at about 3:30 p.m., leaving one SUV with damage to the front end but the second vehicle, a light coloured car according to one witness, reportedly fled the scene before firefighters or police arrived.
