It is with heavy hearts that the family of Bridget (Diddy) Miller have to say farewell to a kind and gentle woman. Diddy passed peacefully away with her family by her side at the Health Sciences Centre on July 13, 2018, twelve days shy of her 79th birthday. Leaving heartbroken but with beautiful memories her daughter Dana Miller (Justin), Nannies treasures her two grandchildren Drey and Jaxon. Also mourning are her second family: Lori Vere-Holloway (Kenny), Janice Carew (Paul), Ros Denney (Austin), Sharon Vere- Holloway, Michelle Holloway (Lana), Judy Gracie (Lorne), Denise Angel (Tony), Ronnie Holloway, Danny Holloway (Helen Marie), Raymond Holloway (Genny) Jimmy Holloway (Judy), Wayne Holloway (Judy). She will be fondly missed by her brothers: Stan Miller (Doris), Frank Miller, Alex Miller (Barbara) and sister Barb Skiffington (Hubert), sister-in-law: Judy Miller, her Godchildren: Kelly Pomeroy (Johnny) and Randy Vere-Holloway (Natasha) and Susan Whalen (Shawn), special friend Edna Doyle, her family the Daly’s in Brooklyn, New York, numerous nieces and nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by her parents Bride and Alexander Miller, sisters: Betty (Percy) Holloway, Regina (Basil) Pomeroy, Mary Whalen, brothers: Ronnie (Alicia) Miller and Leo Miller, sister-in-law Debbie Miller and other members of the Miller and Davis families. Our family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at the Dialysis Centre Topsail Road for all your care and attention and Dr. Randy Hart for his care over the years. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue with visitations on Monday, July 16, 2018 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm and Tuesday, July 17 from 10 am - 12 pm. Funeral service will be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Wednesday, July 18th at 11 am. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
