Doris Verge (nee Mulley)

Passed peacefully away at St. Luke’s Home on June 12, 2018, Doris Verge, aged 102 and a half years. Predeceased by husband David Martin Verge. Leaving behind with loving memories daughter Diane Verge; grandsons David Nurse (Julite d’Entremont) and Justin Nurse (Aimee Hann); great-grandson Graham Nurse; great-granddaughters Mireille Nurse and Ella and Jozie Nurse; brother in law Graham (Ethel) Verge; and sisters in law Mabel Verge (Harry – deceased) and Dorothy Clark (Eric); also a number of other relatives and friends. Doris will be greatly remember by her trips to Florida and the shopping sprees. Her love for the Young and the Restless, keeping up with the daily lives of the Newmans and the Abbotts, will forever be treasured in our hearts. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Luke’s Home, especially Trinity Square, for their care and compassion shown towards Doris during her stay there. Also, a thank you to Graham and Ethel Verge for their support. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
