Francis "Wayne" Shortall

It is with very heavy hearts that the family announces the sudden passing of Francis “Wayne” Shortall on February 9, 2018 at the age of 64. Predeceased by his parents Francis and Sheila Shortall. Leaving to mourn are his children Doreen, Bobby and Kathie (Sonny); grandson Brandon; siblings Gerry (Geraldine), Gail, Debbie (Clayton), John, Sheila (Tom); special friends Nina and Family. Also, numerous relatives and friends. Raising hell for more than six decades, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, preforming and being a practical joker and he loved the Detroit Red Wing Hockey. Wayne was well known for his music and dedicating his time playing for family, friends, and seniors, especially the school for the deaf (haha got you). Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Wednesday, February 14 from 6-9 p.m. and Thursday, February 15 from 2-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place from St. Kevin’s Church, Goulds on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 10 a.m. with interment to follow at St. Kevin’s Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted, or donations may be made in Wayne’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
