Gerald Patrick Bromley

Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Center on Monday, May 28, 2018 Gerald Patrick Bromley age 80 years. He was a one-room school teacher, a CBC radio broadcaster, an HR manager, a storyteller, singer and a trouble maker. As a proud Canadian who worked and lived across this wonderful country he made friends far and wide. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary and brother Mons. Edward T. Bromley. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Rose Anne son Peter daughters Petrina and Karen (Jason Miller) as well as his two precious grandsons Ben and Sam. Also leaving to mourn sisters Elizabeth McCrowe (Mike) and Margaret Bromley and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road on Thursday, from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass of Christian burial will take place on Saturday, June 2nd at 9:30 a.m. from St. Teresa’s Church with cremation to follow. No flowers by request donations in his memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to the Rooms Provincial Archives.
