Joan Mary Fitzpatrick (Reddy)

FITZPATRICK (Reddy) Joan Mary Passed away at Agnes Pratt Nursing Home at the age of 86 on Monday, September 24, 2018 in the presence of her two daughters Karen (Chook) and Mary Lou, Joan Fitzpatrick (Reddy). Predeceased by her husband Frank; parents Leo and Isabelle Reddy; sister Mary Reddy; parents-in-law Frank and Loretta Fitzpatrick. Leaving to mourn daughters Mary Lou (Garry) and Karen (Ted); loving and devoted brother-in-law Cyril (Violet) Fitzpatrick; sons Michael (Brenda) and Kenneth (Isobel); brother Leo (Frances) Reddy; sister-in-law Carmel Johnson (Ron, deceased); her pride and joy, grandchildren: Justin (Gillian), Kenny (Abby), Adam and Ashley Fitzpatrick, David (Kelly) and Colin (Miranda) Gosse; her happiness and heart, great-grandchildren Landon, Logan, Benjamin, Charlotte, Lily and Cooper; as well as nieces and nephews. Special thanks to all staff at Agnes Pratt Nursing Home, especially the dedicated angels of Pratt Place who provided Mom with exceptional care and friendship over the last 13 months. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday, September 26 from 2-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 1 p.m. from St. Teresa’s Church. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. No flowers by request. Donations in Mom’s memory may be made to the Recreation Department of Agnes Pratt Nursing Home or a charity of one’s choice.
