John Charles Hudson

Passed away peacefully in his own home at the age of 86 on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his beloved son Randy and his parents Jack and Dot Hudson. Leaving to mourn with beautiful memories are his loving wife Myrtle of 65 years; son Calvin (Pauline); daughters Peggy (Gary), Bonnie (Eddie) and Cindy (Greg); 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; brothers Lex (Fay) and Ken (Jean); sisters Shirley (Eugene) and Helen; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, special family and friends. Special thanks to our precious homecare workers for taking such good care of our Dad. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Resting at Cauls Funeral Home, Torbay. Visiting hours Wednesday from 6-9 pm; Thursday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral to be held at Memorial United Church, Pouch Cove at 2 pm on Friday, May 11, 2018. Burial to follow at United Church Cemetery.
